Job Description:
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team, ensuring that our help and advisory services are top-notch. You will handle complex complaints, liaise with clients, and work closely with other departments to resolve any operational issues. Your role will also involve developing and implementing training programs, managing schedules, and maintaining high service standards. Additionally, you will analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhance our overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Handle complex customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, fostering positive relationships.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Create and manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain and enforce high service standards across all customer interactions.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and enhance product offerings.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the online retail industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Ability to analyze feedback and implement improvements effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
