We are looking to hire a general manager at Midnights Bar located in the heart of Williamsburg. Midnights is a 3-tiered Bar/Night Club with a beautiful back patio. Midnights is an elevated, fast-paced, inviting, fun, high-volume bar and nightclub with a loyal customer base of 8 years running. Role Description This is a full-time, onsite role. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting in large events (50-150 guests), and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. The General Manager will also assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability. This is a very hands-on and physically demanding position. Qualifications: At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree; or a 2-year college degree and 1 or more years of related experience.
