The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred. Experience: Prior experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role is desirable. Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
