Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential contracts with hotels and restaurants in line with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and fulfillment of contracts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to inform contract negotiations.
- Track and report progress on contract acquisition efforts regularly.
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or sales, with a proven track record of contract acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and understanding of hotel and restaurant operations.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
