A site in the capital’s iconic market has been thoughtfully restored with natural and repurposed materials that echo the raw and wild landscapes of Greece. Central to the kitchen is a wood-burning hearth with all manner of grilled and skewered meats form our in-house butchery, alongside vegetables from flourish farm, youvetsi claypots, and a raw bar serving crudo, ceviche and tartar from day-boat catches in Cornwall. About the role We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic bartender to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service.
