- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

- Assist in any other tasks as required
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and terminology
